Cass was silent as she stepped out of the tunnel, allowing the morning light to wash over her. She sighed peacefully before carefully pulling Akina's pokeball out of her bag and recalling the sleeping Pokemon, She didn't want to wake her up, after all.
The minute Akina's pokeball was tucked safely away, Cass grinned broadly and threw he hands up into the air. "YES! I'm finally out of that stupid tunnel! Yes!" She jumped around, not caring who was watching her. "I love sunlight! I love sunlight!" She sang.
Cass paused suddenly and turned back toward the Underground Tunnel's exit. She glared, pointing at the opening. "I am never going back in there again!"

Will followed, laughing at Cass's comment. "Well, maybe it will not be necessary to go through the tunnel again," He winked at Cass. "Perhaps the Gym leader has a couple extra HMs... you never know," he finished with another laugh.
Still carrying the Mareep, Will began to walk forward. "Bernar Town is right after this Route. If you wish I can leave you here to train and get to the Town on your own," he offered, not really minding either way. [/sub]

Cass thought for a moment. It was vital that she get as much training as possible as fast as possible. She had a promise to fulfill after all. But she also had to get her gym badge, and she had no idea what sort of Pokemon Will might use. If she stuck with him, maybe she'd find out.
In the end, a winner was named. "I'll go with you." Cass decided, nodding to herself. She'd train later, and he needed to switch out some of her Pokemon anyways,
Cass gave the tunnel a final glare before she grinned and began walking forward again.

Will nodded, a smile still playing on his rough features. He walked through the pastures easily, not paying much heed to his surroundings. A few Pokemon slept in the morning peace, and others were already up drinking the dew off of the grass.
Only one person was in the field, and he was leading a small herd of Miltank. He waved cheerily at Will and Cass, fixing a briefly curious gaze upon the latter. Will waved back but continued walking, carrying his Mareep. He did not have any of his other Pokemon, having forgotten them at the Gym.
On the ground a little to the side something sparkled. It was impossible to tell what exactly it was from the distance that Will was, but he saw it sparkle and stopped walking. Recognition dawned on his face, showing that he knew exactly what the item was even from the limited view.
"Hey, Cass, why don't you go get that? I daresay that it would be usefull!" he said, knodding toward the shiny object. [/sub]

Cass studied her surroundings, a peaceful smile adorning her face. She made sure to keep up with Will, not wanting to fall behind. It was quiet and peaceful. Cass quickly decided that she probably wouldn't like living there. Visiting was fine, but it was too quiet.
Cass waved back to the guy in the field, smiling as she saw the Miltank. She grinned and sighed, blinking suddenly when Will addressed her. "Huh? What?" Cass looked around for a moment, the sparkles from the shiny thing catching her eye. "That shiny thing over there?" Cass questioned, confused.
Without waiting for an answer she walked toward the item, wondering what it was that would be useful.

As Cass drew nearer the item could be identified as a small star-shaped thing that could perhaps resemble a max revive, except its edges were much more clean cut. No sooner had Cass gotten withing a few inches of it than it glowed a bright white color, then vanished.
Will smiled. Cass may not know the signifigance of the item immediately, but she would soon enough. He briefly recalled the first time he had discovered one.
All of Cass's P.C. Pokemon gained 4 levels! [/sub]

Cass eyed the shiny item as she got closer, bow furrowed in confusion as she got closer. A revive? Well, that might be a bit helpful.. Cass reached for the item, her eyes widening as it glowed and disappeared.
"Wah! Where'd it go?!" Cass yelled, turning in circles as she looked for the item that had pulled a disappearing act.

Will chuckled lightly at Cass's reaction, offering her a wink. "Let's just say it paid a visit to your P.C.," he said. "Actually, I am surprised to see one... they are really rare. Ah well, I s'pose that you are just lucky," he laughed.
Motioning for Cass to follow again, the Gym Leader walked on, heading towards the distant spec that was Bernar Town. Even though the plains were pretty much just straight flat land, it still took a little while to cross. They would probabally reach the Town a little before midday. [/sub]

Cass blinked, completely lost. "I'm confused..." She mumbled, sighing. What had it done to her Pokemon? And why was it rare? Eh, whatever. She'd figure it out once she got to Bernar Town. Hopefully it wasn't anything bad.
"So," Cass said, trying to think of a topic. "What sort of stuff can youdo in Bernar Town,, besides battling, of course." Cass added. All she really knew about the town was that it had lots of farmers living it it.

"Well, you could always help out with some of the farms. I am sure that the owners would reward you graciously. Bernar town is home to many rare items that you wouldn't find many other places. It is also a very rich town because of all of its produce. But, to really know everything that you can do you have to go there and see it for yourself," Will replied while walking.
Early morning really was a slow time on this route, as nearly everything was asleep. But, there was a particularily bored looking Tauros off to the right. [/sub]

Blinking, Cass mentally wondered what sort of items could be obtained there. It would probablybe worth checking it out. "Yeah, I might help out a bit..." Cass said, nodding. 'And maybe there will be more information about the Grim.' Cass thought, her fists clenching in anger at the mere mention of the group who had taken her Drake away.
'WOAH! I did NOT just think that!' Cass blushed, shaking her head as she attempted to push the I-like-Drake subject to the back of her head. She sighed, looking around for something to distract herself with. She eyed the nearby Tauros. It looked as bored as she probably did.

The Tauros looked up for a second as he saw Cass and Will walking towards the town, giving a snort as he brought his attention back to the grass. Up ahead Bernar town could actually be seen a bit better, seeing as how the two were getting closer to it.
Will kept walking, but he did look over his shoulder at Cass momentarily. "If you would like me to stop for a moment, just ask. I would be happy to," he said. Snores came from the Mareep, signalling that she was fine, just sleeping from the exhaustion. She had been out all night afterall.
A light breeze picked up, blowing the grass and the branches of the few trees that were on this Route. Will noted Cass's silence, and reasoned that she was thinking to herself. He didn't say anything about it, just frowned a little. [/sub]

Cass smiled, shaking her head. "No, it's okay. I've just been thinking." She looked ahead, grinning as the town got closer and closer. She needed to get to town soon, so she could see what had happened to the Pokemon in he PC, and of she had to battle with Will.
She mentally went over some of her Pokemon, trying to decide if she shoould switch out some of her team. It would probably help, but she still wasn't sure. What if she chose Pokemon who were weak to whatever types Will used?
"How much longer do you think we're gonna have to walk? Cass questioned, rather bored. --------- I hate this post... xP

OoC: Lol, aw, I luv it... ^^ Mine's so short... I can't let you get to Bernar Town that quickly... 'specially when I still need to post Will's gym leader info... XD
-----
Will smiled again. "Not very much longer. In fact, we are very nearly there. Maybe about ten more minutes or so?" he said, a slight sweat breaking out on his face. He was starting to feel the weight of the Mareep. "Boy, I sure wish that I had brought my pokeballs... that was a very stupid move forgetting them like tha," he laughed.
The breeze was a little chilly. Afterall, it was Autumn so it should not be that hot. However, the sun was becoming glaringly bright, even though it was still rather early. [/sub]

Cass sighed, stretching her arms above her head as she looked around, bored. Her thoughts began to drift from topic to topic, eventually pausing on something she hadn't thought about in a while. Her family.
'I should probably call them.' She mused, picturing her parents faces in her head. Her thoughts then turned to her twin; the sister she had left behind. 'I really should make up with her.' Cass thought sadly. She didn't like being mad at her twin. It was so hard.
