((It's Athena here~ Since I gained our dear professor her mail I decided to return in a fresh start as Tsuyuri to fill the grim member their ranks. I hope this is a good enough application.
So this was it? The start of her career as a criminal? It looked that way… And regretting it would be foolish for her. The girl her eyes opened, the dim lights of the lamp shining inside the truck. She could hear the voices of the recruiters only faintly, ordering the new possible grunts to leave the truck. But why was she not moving? Her legs remained shut against the ground, her small body nestled in the shadows of the truck. It was already right here, at the place where it all started she gained a nickname, the blood child… The name was confusing, but understandable when you gazed toward her because the whole time she held the small knife in her hands, the last droplets of blood seeping down it upon the ground. Most people had avoided her, not even deciding to talk to her but it was something she got used to already, in the end she wouldn’t have a connection with them anyway. Slowly she closed her eyes, perhaps thinking the truck might start driving again with her still inside it but that thought was soon erased when a strong arm wrapped around her waist and lifted her into the air. Surprised the child opened her eyes, her legs kicking slightly like a little child struggling to escape before the one carrying her placed her on the ground and said in a reassuring, familiar voice.
“Get inside little one, unlike those good for nothing you have one tiny advantage. You already killed someone….”
The girl raised her head, slightly curious about the thing the female recruiter meant but before she could ask she had already disappeared, leaving her behind in the dark night. Well perhaps she should go inside then? Standing here would not be much use she thought… Taking a deep breath she stepped inside, the doors of the entrance hall closing behind her again. Her eyes scanned the surrounding area, wondering how wild things could have been but to her surprise everything was relative quiet. Some people had been waiting in chairs positioned against the wall while others had already left into other rooms. What should be the most logical thing to do? Get toward the lobby and accept the application already. Quickly hiding the knife inside her pockets the girl walked toward the lobby where a small application paper was left behind, most likely to be filled in for new recruits. Quietly she took a nearby pencil and the paper and started writing the application. It took at least a little while before she was finished, but finally she finished the task and calmly shoved it into the direction of the person behind the lobby, her eyes softly gazing into his direction.
“….”
Not a single word left her lips. Did she truly felt that miserable? Or perhaps it was just the recent events that turned her quiet, preparing herself to kick and curse whoever could truly annoy her. Still would it be wise to annoy her? The little child her hands did seem to have some remaining traces of blood, and the pocket in the girl her vest seemed to be turning slightly red also, the hilt of the knife still slightly poking out of it, even when she tried to hide it. At least most people would be smart enough to avoid her. But you never knew with the grim~

Name-
Tsuyuri Tsukishiro
Nickname-
The little thief
Age-
15
Appearance:
Hair-
A short, well maintained haircut of chocolate brown hair covers this child her head. The locks are not that long, perhaps because they are covered under hair buns, but a single long lock flows freely down reaching chest length.
Eyes-
Soft and gentle brown colored eyes that seem to have a sparkling curiosity and childish excitement hiding inside them. Perhaps slightly larger than the average human but they don’t look out of place.
Build-
Perhaps the way Tsuyuri appears is not the typical image of a thief; her guise is no complicated costume, but rather the unquestioned innocence of a prepubescent young girl. What suspicion is there to a young girl who has barely stepped into the threshold of puberty, much less the harsh details of the world. It is just a disguise, however – Tsuyuri’s appearance is a deceptive innocence; hiding the darker person she really is.
Though she prides her efficiency as a hunter and thief over all else, Tsuyuri cares significantly for her hair, and thought the rest of her body may show a tell-tale sign of battle or wear when she decides to show her secrets, she does her best to maintain a beautiful crop of chocolate brown hair that is maintained very carefully. Sometimes, she is even prone to lose herself and track of time as she brushes it and place it back in a correct position, though this is something she will never admit. Surprisingly, the hair buns are not a part of the disguise- she genuinely likes them.
Her figure is slender; she trains regularly and does not seem to have any obsession over food, so her body is lean. She has no great concentration of muscles on her body, but her training has left her with enough strength to use her blade or intermediate forms of martial arts. Where she excels however, is short-distance sprints, where her slender form and lean muscles let her out space most humans, Pokémon, and the like for at least a few seconds; usually enough for her to throw a dozen of sleeping darts.
Her skin is sort of pale, a result of spending much of her time indoors hidden from the sun, and leaving on missions only under the cover of night. Recently, to fit her disguise as a normal girl, she has been venturing outside more often, and her complexion has gained something of a healthy tingle to it. Her body is free of blemishes: she bathes regularly not only to cleanse herself of the dirt that accumulate all too quickly but as one of the few ways of relaxing. Faded or abnormally pale streaks on her body indicate where scars have once been, but they are only viewable from a certain angle and she hides them well under her clothes.
Preferred Non-Uniform Clothing-
For her clothing style she has a more rich kind of outfit when traveling. She is usually seen wearing a long sleeved red jacket with yellow borders at the edges of the sleeves and buttons that share the same yellow color of the borders. The upper part of the jacket is lightly opened, revealing a clean white shirt below it while a golden emblem of a unknown meaning decorates her chest pocket. For her pants, that is usually made out of a short black skirt with white borders and a pair of black stockings to cover her legs.
In order to finish her attire the girl usually wears a pair of normal boots or thigh-high boots depending on how she feels. Still both of those shoes seem to be made from a pricy high-class brand, this gives people the image of a rich high classed girl, especially when meeting her Pokémon. Another attire, more famous to see the young girl dressed in is her Chinese uniform (picture
Other-
While she might be only a fifteen years old child people should be aware she is a master of guises, and wearing her uniform it would not be wrong to say she looks mature enough to pass for a young adult.
Personality-
Tsuyuri is a quiet and reserved individual who is interested in security and peaceful living. She has a strongly-felt internal sense of duty, which lends her to have a serious air and the motivation to follow through on tasks. Organized and methodical in her approach, She can generally succeed at any task which she undertakes.
To her friends, she is very loyal, faithful and dependable. She values honestly above everything else and also places great importance in integrity. She can be considered to be a good citizen who can be depended on to do the right thing for her family and friends, even when it takes her down the wrong path.. While she generally takes things very seriously, she also usually has a offbeat sense of humor and can be a lot of fun- especially at parties or any other friend-related gatherings.
Tsuyuri tends to believe in the use of laws and traditions, making her a more traditional person and expects the same from others. She isn’t comfortable with breaking laws or going against the rules. Still if she is able to see a good reason for stepping outside of the established mode of doing things, She will support her thoughts and place efforts in carrying out her plans. However, she more often tends to believe that things should be done according to procedures and plans, or like a adventurer would say, prepare a plan before entering a lions hole. When her stress reaches a high level she might become overly obsessed with structure, and insists on doing everything “by the book.”
Tsuyuri is extremely dependable on following through with thins which she has promised. For this reason, she sometimes get more and more work piled on them. Because the young girl has a strong sense of duty, she may have a difficult time saying “no” when they are given more work than they can reasonably handle. For this reason, the girl often works long hours, and may be unwittingly taken advantage of.
Tsuyuri will work for long periods of time and put tremendous amounts of energy into doing any task which she sees as important to fulfilling a goal. However, she will resist putting energy into things which don’t make sense to her, or for which she can’t see a practical application. She prefers to work alone, but works well in teams when situation demands it. She likes to be accountable for her actions, and enjoys being in position of authority. Tsuyuri has little use for abstract thinking unless the practical application is clear.
Tsuyuri has a tremendous respect for facts, to such a degree she is obsessed with them. She holds a tremendous store of facts and theories that come together with them, that she gathered from experience. She may have difficulties understanding a theory or idea which is different from her own perspective. However, if she has been shown the importance or relevance of the idea to someone who she respects or care about, the idea becomes a fact, which she will internalize and support. Once Tsuyuri supports a cause or idea, She will stop at no lengths to ensure that she has been doing her duty of giving support where support is needed.
Tsuyuri is not naturally in tune with her own feelings and the feelings of others. She may have difficulties picking up on emotional needs immediately, as they are presented. She has a tendency to take other people’s efforts for granted, like she takes her own efforts for granted also. She needs to remember to pat people on the back (not literally) once in a while, something she won’t do easily.
Tsuyuri is likely to be uncomfortable expression affection and emotion to others. However, her strong sense of duty and the ability to see what needs to be done in any situation usually allows her to overcome her natural reservation, and she is usually quite supporting and caring individual with the people that she loves. Once Tsuyuri realizes the emotional needs of those who are close to her, she will put forth effort to meet those needs.
Tsuyuri is extremely faithful and loyal. Traditional and family-minded, she will put forth great amounts of effort to making her family and those of her friends run smoothly, occasionally butting into the affairs of others, while with good intentions might still lead into conflicts at time. She is a responsible girl, taking her mentoring role seriously. She is usually a good and generous provider to her family. She cares deeply about those close to her, although she usually is not comfortable with expressing her live. Tsuyuri is likely to express her affections through actions, rather than through words.
Tsuyuri has a excellent ability to take any task and define it, plan it, and implant it through to completion. She is a very hard worker, who does not allow any obstacles to get in the way of performing her duties. She does not usually give herself enough credit for her achievements, seeing her accomplishments simply as the natural fulfillment of her obligations.
Tsuyuri has a great sense of space and function and artistic appreciation. Her room is likely to be tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained. She is acutely aware of her senses, and wants to be in surroundings which fit her needs for structure, order and beauty, making the flower fields and library occasionally spots for her to visit.
Under stress, Tsuyuri may fall into a “catastrophe mode” Where she sees no use for fun any longer, focusing only on fulfilling her tasks. Still if one thing goes wrong she will see nothing but all of the possibilities of what could go wrong. She will berate herself for things which she should have done differently, or duties which she failed to perform. She will lose her ability to see things calmly and reasonably, and will depress herself with her visions of doom.
People should also be reminded that at times Tsuyuri indeed shows her childish side. She is prone to get exciting over the least special things and might be even more clumsy than most trainers when she relaxes. Still she has a sharp mind and her innocence might fool you easily.

History-
Where shall I start this fairy-tale? Perhaps the beginning? That is always the place where every story begins, so let me take a start there also. But to do that we have to move locations, to the wondrous world of Pokémon that always is filled with surprises and miracles. To the far Kanto region.
Daragon city, a name that doesn’t rind any bell for people doesn’t it? That’s because it’s a city so distanced from the outside world that almost nobody knows about it. Daragon city is located on a small island closely to Vermellion city. Perhaps it’s the fact the city is so disturbing that people want it to remain hidden forever. Daragon in separated in two areas, the small upper city that knows the common wealth each city possessed, but the other part of the city had truly been in slums. Torn down debris, wooden cottages and other poor living environments brought many chaos to both the lower and upper city. And perhaps unlucky for a pure innocent baby her parents had chosen that place as the location they gave birth to her.
Tsuyuri Tsukishiro was the first happiness her family gained after years of misfortune and accidents. They once had been respectable citizen of the upper city, living a comfortable and enjoyable life. Still every now and then rebellions break out between the lower and higher classes and the city suffered from it. During a fateful conflict the area they lived at got torn down, their house remaining nothing else than a destroyed shelter, just strong enough to stop the rain.
Tsuyuri was born and raised with the true love a child would be allowed to have. Her mother, working as a doctor for the sick people of the lower city, always took her along with her to visit the other citizen. Other people loved the company of the cheerful and kind young child. The concerned expression and the bright smile when people reassured her everything was alright was truly a gift they loved to witness. Her father in the meanwhile was a builder, trying his best to turn the debris fallen in their surroundings into living environments. It was around Tsuyuri’s eight birthday when she first went down the path most consider wrong, the path of thievery.
The police had long forsaken the area she and her family lived in, leaving her no other choice than to live on the donations of the richer citizen. It was a amazingly surprise how the girl could remain so clean and normal looking even when she truly lived in the remains of what once was a city. Still it was a strict and harsh winter that year. Many citizen turned sick from the lack of food and in the end the young child decided to ‘borrow’ some food from the higher class. Late in the night she sneaked inside the bakery and butchery and stole everything she could find, to escape and get back to her family and friends to share the food.
As they say, once you tasted a forbidden fruit you desire for more. The strange adrenaline rush she felt from sneaking into other people their houses truly made her feel alive. The once kind girl who was dressed in nothing else than rags now looked like a cute girl you might find on the streets, dressed in pretty comfortable clothes, but in reality she turned into a sly thief, who not only stole for those that needed it but also for her own comfort. Still no crime remains unpunished, something she would learn soon enough.
It was around her fourteenth birthday that Tsuyuri was heading toward the other city part when she was ambushed. Not by police, like she would have thought at first but actually by Bounty hunters. They had been hired to make sure the one stealing all the stuff would stop stealing ever again. Still they didn’t fully succeed. Indeed she was horrified by the event after the hunters made their Pokémon attack her, since she didn’t had any Pokémon’s to defend herself with.
The scars, they don’t hurt but are a memory she carries with her. Nobody feels compassion for the poor unless they experienced the feeling themselves, and even then. For the past year she remained indoor for such a long time, her mother giving her the best care she could have. Many scares have healed, only remaining small pale strokes on her skin viewable when the sun shined from a certain angle, but one scar remained on her skin forever. A long scar that moved from the side of her leg down toward her feet, and perhaps is also the reason she always started wearing stockings after that event.
Her parents decided she needed to get out of this city, perhaps she would be separated from her parents, but she would have a much healthier and comfortable life. It was a pity they didn’t have the money to buy the price of more than a single person, so they decided Tsuyuri should have gone. At the age of fifteen Tsuyuri had board a ship that set sail to the Laokia Region. The trip like she thought would have been long and tiring, she had to keep most of her money for the trip to Laokia. She truly lived on nothing else than water and bread, perhaps a slice of cheese every now and then, but that was nothing compared to how she used to live back home. After she left the harbor she had to do the more harder task, finding someone to transport her, and luckily she was able to find someone. A bus driver was supposed to travel to professor her laboratory to pick up some trainers and bring them to the harbor so he suggested before anything else the girl would visit the local clothes store to buy a new set of clothes so she wouldn’t have so many suspicious stares. Spending the last amount of her money on two sets of clothes she loved a lot, and a long clock with a cape against the cold rain she boarded the bus, and while the young girl started to fall asleep, her head nuzzled against the soft fabric of the clock she had driven, driven to the nearby town that would serve as a new start, or at least a better continuance. But little did she expect the man in reality was driving to the headquarters of the Grim, for he was a recruiter for the dark and dangerous team.
Role-Play Example:
Darkness…. It was something she often associated with her past. The darkness was unfriendly and cold, and in response to that she became cold also. Perhaps that is why she preferred to work during the night? During night time her gentle self would fade away and she would leave behind the guise, becoming cruel and sadistic. Still she didn’t really prefer that nature, for it scared her a lot in a way. Still she was raised in the shadows of comfort, so she never truly known to be kind to those that never had been to her. Perhaps that was why her parents and friends had been the only safe people when she turned into that feared mode? ETM, also known as Evil Tsuyuri Mode…. It was during those times her anger reached a peek and she truly became murderous. She was not like most children of her age, when she turned mad she wouldn’t start screaming and yelling but in place of that would deliver a kick to the leg of those angering her and afterwards mumble some cursing words. Still when she truly became mad, or was in danger she would turn into a more dangerous person, and was capable of killing someone…
Why wouldn’t she do it? She already nearly got killed once, and she learned from it that unless you fought back you wouldn’t survive. So that was what she did. She stood in the harbor, the old harbor the bus driver had set her off. His instructions had been clearly. If she wanted to become rich and famous, or as he called it –infamous she would need to wait until the truck of the Grim would come to pick her up. Still who could ever think the dark side of this world could be so, so dangerous for her? Her eyes scanned the surroundings, her eyes still formed into tiny slits, unable to fully open yet. She must had slept in the bus for far longer than she expected, but that didn’t matter at all… She was awake and that was what counted. The dock she stood on was fairly long. Perhaps a little old, since the stones already had many scratches on them, but they looked stable enough to carry her weight, or perhaps a car also if it wasn’t too heavy. Slowly her eyes gazed toward the water next to the dock and instantly she felt like throwing up. The water was filled with a stench of dirt and a thick black substance drifted in it. Perhaps if she would have stared longer into it she might had thrown up, but quickly declining the idea of continuing gazing at the child decided to turn around, and looked toward the other side of the dock. A long line of old warehouses had been lined up next to each other, looking totally abandoned since the metal gates had been closed for far too long, strange dents into them showing their use was long gone already.
“Couldn’t they pick a better spot to pick up new grunts?”
The words of the girl had been soft and gentle, but at the same time a hidden hint of coldness played along it. She was getting annoyed of this everything, and her company wasn’t that better… Her eyes gazed back toward the square at the end of the dock where a couple of benches had been occupied by the most weird looking guys ever. Was this truly going to be a dark and criminal organization or a team of psychos with nothing better than to play villains? Well she herself wasn’t a really villain herself yet, safe for thievery she had done in the past but that was not really evil right? She already noticed the faint lights shining from a distance, coming closer every second. Perhaps it would be only a minute or ten before it was there? But her gaze was soon distracted by a terrible punch in her side. She tumbled sideways, her back crashing against the stone wall of the warehouse and upon raising her head she noticed the face of a young man, his dark eyes gazing toward her. What the hell did he think he was doing? Attacking her for no reason at all? Her eyes narrowed slightly, turning into cold daggers as the man his deep voice reached her ears.
“Money?”
“I don’t have any!”
“I see, then I just kill you and take whatever you have!”
Quite kind those days, aren’t them those criminals? Robbing children for money and if they don’t have any they would kill her? This world is pretty cruel those days, but people didn’t need to explain that to her for she experienced it firsthand. After the rather short conversation the man decided to make his words come true and she felt his hands wrap around her throat, choking her hardly. Her breath started to fade away fairly quick, and her senses started to panic faster and faster every second. What should she do, should she fight? Should she just give up? She couldn’t give up right? She wouldn’t! The moment that thought entered her mind she heard a small clinging sound and soon her eyes noticed the presence of a metal knife laying right next to her. What did a knife do here all of sudden? Knifes can’t run! Still it must had been a blessing of the devil for she could now safe herself. Raising her knee it soon made a rather forceful contact with the man his chest, making him release his grip on her throat and stumble backwards. This was her change! Quickly the girl bended down, her hand grabbing the hilt of the knife and quickly trusted forwards, the knife soon trusting into the chest of the man who felt down lifelessly, the blood soaked knife still in his chest. But where did that knife came from?
“First lesion of the Grim, always carry your weapon and Pokémon closely to you.”
The calm feminine voice made the girl look sideways where she noticed a red headed woman was dressed in a simple business attire, most likely a guise also? Still she spoke of the grim so that most likely meant she was one of them right? After a few seconds the woman finally replied.
“Get on the truck, or you miss your ride missy…”
Not much else to do than getting on board I guess?
